SCALES Return Policy Updated August 2019

Items purchased online may be returned by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 30 days.

  • Returns after 30 days - If customer returns product(s) purchased from SCALES official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued. 
  • Scales Face Wrap Return Policy: Due to the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, there is a national shortage of face masks and protective equipment. As a result, and for the safety of our customers and staff, all sales of our face wraps are final. Returns in any condition will not be accepted. 
  • Returns for Paypal Purchases - Please note that purchases made with PayPal may only be returned through the mail.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. In the event we elect to honor a refund or exchange without proof of purchase, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the lowest historical selling price for the returned merchandise when factoring in all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons that may have applied. WHEN EXCHANGING, the form will first ask you to provide the product information you'll be returning then on the next screen it will ask you what product/size you would like in exchange.  

All product sales are intended for retail/ “end user” customers only, and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser.  The resale of any products purchased from any of the Company Retail Stores or the Brands’ e-commerce sites without the express prior written consent of SCALESGEAR.COM INC, in each instance, is strictly prohibited.  For the purpose of enforcement of this policy, no customer may purchase more than a number of products or product styles that SCALES determines, in its sole discretion, to be a reasonable number in each circumstance during any 72 hour period without the prior written consent of SCALES.  SCALES may refuse to sell any products to any person that SCALES believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy.

Standard Return Shipping

  • Mail returns typically require 10-12 business days to process. (Please allow an additional 7-10 days for returns from Canada)
  • Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to their original form of payment.

 

How to Submit a Return via Mail in the US

  • Please enter your email and order number to begin your return

  • Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Please enclose the original packing slip/receipt. If you are unable to provide the packing slip/receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.
  • Packages should be shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Please follow instructions using the returns form below. Please retain the return tracking number located on the pre-paid label for your records.

NOTE – Returns via mail will ONLY be accepted for online purchases. All purchases made in store must be returned or exchanged in store.

 

Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy

This return policy applies to products purchased from SCALESGEAR.COM INC. and/or its affiliates (“SCALES”) under its “SCALES” brands (collectively, the “Brands”).  SCALES provides refunds for purchases made at SCALES company official e-commerce site as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, SCALES will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at a Brand’s official e-commerce site. Women’s swimwear must be unworn with the tags and sanitary liner attached. E-commerce purchases can be returned via U.S. Mail.
